Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

If a wrong or damaged item is received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved according to our return policy.

The refund amount will be returned using the same payment method used during the purchase.
